The Brief

The team at Easy Trade Websites had 2 key issues. Sourcing decision makers and their direct contact details. We were tasked with solving the initial issue around data, then asked to create a system that was easy to run with SOPS and an automated process for following up any potential interest

Our Solution

Once we had identified the ideal database and tools required, we created a video guide and SOP that was extremely simple to follow. With the data to hand we then created a framework and automated process for outreach across email with SMS/WhatsApp follow up messages for those interested. The entire process is now handled internally and literally requires an update to a google spreadsheet for new leads, any positive leads generated are then uploaded to their CRM with a drip fed sequence showcasing previous work, pricing and a direct order form
